Tea at Rothay

Took Mom to Rothay Manor for tea, which we had sitting under the trees in the garden. Couldn't have the tea (since stomach bug have been unable to drink hot drinks without feeling queasy). Had lemon tea, which was okay but anything after one and a half too much. Cakes were divine; meringues superb, the tiny eclairs just right and a chocolate and fruit crunch-like affair which was absolutely wonderful (I don't even like chocolate that much and I ended up having two of them)!
