York
Saturday, 16th September
Drove down to Kirkby to pick up Jess then on to York. Head came on on the way and is bad. Met Ricky outside York Minster. He looked tired and stressed but pleased to see us all. Gave Ricky and Jess the best room in the B&B and we retired to the small twin-beeded room along the corridor. Walked round York. Jess and I fell in love with the doll shop. Had a meal in a pub. and an amazing milk-shake in a shop that makes them with almost anything edible.
Another pub. in the evening.
