Visitors

Liz came to visit. We sat alternatively in the shade of the Pagola outside and in the living room, where it is cooler. It is so very hot. I thought we might go a wee stroll, to stretch our legs, once it had cooled down but it was still baking at 5 p.m.
Just after seven Marcus came back from Liverpool where he had been to the airport to pick up Axel, a man who is studying with him. He also picked up Ricky and Jess from Lancaster on the way. So it is very crowded in our cottage and I have to cook for a lot.
